In February 2025, we officially submitted our dossier for the full building application for our SUMITRA project. This new replacement building comprises five premium condominiums in Basel’s popular Iselin quarter near Bachgraben – a quiet location between Allschwil and the Switzerland Innovation Park.
SUMITRA is designed as a place for urban living with depth – thoughtfully conceived in terms of architecture, lighting design, and spatial quality. The building application is the result of sound project development, a clear architectural vision, sustainable planning, and a strong focus on high-quality living.
We would like to thank all specialist planners, partners, and contributors who helped us reach this milestone. We expect approval by summer 2025.
