The new replacement building at Röttelerstrasse 2, 4058 Basel, was comprehensively and professionally managed throughout all SIA phases – from strategic planning and feasibility study to preliminary and construction design, the approval process, detailed planning, construction, and finally, acceptance and handover of all 11 condominiums to their new owners. All units were sold off-plan and handed over turnkey in spring 2025.
We manage projects from the initial concept to built reality – in a structured, transparent way and in close coordination with architects, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities.
